Laptops can be rented daily, weekly, monthly or by the semester. Important Note: Laptops are only available to Maxwell users who can pay with a Department ID!
In order to reserve a laptop, you must first submit a Laptop Request Form. This form is for request only and should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. After submitting the form below, you will be contacted by a member of the ICT staff within 4 business hours to confirm availability. Submitting this form does not guarantee availability. Investing in one or several laptops to use for limited projects, remote presentations or while on vacation can be an expensive proposition. In an effort to provide an alternative to the Maxwell community, ICT is testing a new Laptop Rental Program. This program is designed to be an inexpensive and convenient way to use a laptop for special occasions without the cost of ownership.
