There is a known compatibility issue when using the http://grants.gov/ website with Windows Vista.  Grants.gov is aware of the problem and is working on a solution. 

In the mean time, Maxwell faculty or students who are applying as individuals for scholarships or fellowships (e.g. NSF Graduate Research Fellowship;  NEH Fellowships or summer stipends) can email This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it to get remote access to a computer that is compatible with grants.gov. 

When a request is received, ICT will send the user instructions how to remote into this computer at a convenient time.  They will also be able to print from this remote computer, if needed, to an appropriate printer located in their department or grad bay.  This service will remain available until grants.gov solves the compatibility issue.
