Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Once a request is submitted, you will be contacted by a member of the ICT staff within 4 business hours to confirm availability. Laptops must be picked up and returned, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00am and 3pm. ***Please note that Saturday and Sunday count as additional rental days. If a laptop is returned after 3:00pm, an additional days rent will be charged for each day it is not returned. All data on the laptop rental will be erased upon return. NO DATA IS BACKED UP. IF YOU DO NOT RETRIEVE YOUR DATA BEFORE RETURNING THE LAPTOP, YOU WILL LOSE THE DATA! Equipment is rented through Maxwell departments only and is payable with a department invoice.
