ICT maintains a pool of digital cameras (both still and video) which are available for loan to Maxwell students, staff and faculty who have IML access.

Camera loans are generally for a period of 24-hours (or Friday to Monday). Any requests beyond this standard period of time need to be submitted to webmaster@maxwell.syr.edu at least two weeks in advance.



Equipment Loan Agreement:

Before borrowing cameras, you must have access to the IML. If you need access to the IML, review this info.

• All paperwork must be filled out with no exceptions. Forms can be completed when borrowing equipment from the IML. If no IML Consultant is on duty please email webmaster@maxwell.syr.edu to coordinate camera pick-up and drop-off.
• Cameras are available for 24 hour rentals, with the exception of Friday. Friday rentals will be from Friday to Monday.
• Digital Cameras are expected to be returned to the IML in the condition that it was lent out in and within the time period allotted to the user. Failure to do so can result in termination or suspension of IML privileges and or academic holds.
• ICT does not provide mini DV tapes; you will have to purchase your own.
  

By signing the equipment loan agreement you the borrower are agreeing to pay for, replace, or repair any damage that is done to the camera while it is loaned to you.
