The University is in the process of migrating the entire faculty, staff, and student populations to a new centralized email system using Microsoft Exchange Server. Until the migration is complete, students are still provisioned an email account on the MyMail system. We recommend that all Maxwell students use the Exchange mailbox and decommission their MyMail accounts. |

This spring semester, Maxwell’s Information and Computing Technology Group has an opportunity to evaluating a unique web-based communication system called Elluminate Live!. This platform enables real-time (synchronous) communication between people anywhere on the internet. With this Java application, an internet connection and an Elluminate account, we can create a virtual environment where you can interact with anyone else on the web through live streaming audio and video, text chat, desktop/application sharing and more. |
